HEAT EXCHANGERS: THERMAL DESIGN

Our Director Mr. V.Gopalan is a member of HEAT TRANSFER RESEARCH Inc. USA (HTRI) for the past 10 years , as such we are provided with their Propritory Thermal Design Software Xist for the thermal design of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers & Double Pipe Heat Exchangers

Based on customer Process Data we execute Thermal design with software Xist and further execute mechanical design of the exchanger using Intergraph software PVElite.By working with both thermal and mech design by a Single design Specialist we arrive the best and most optimum design of Shell & Tube exchangers.We have executed hundreds of exchanger design for various process industries, for Indian and Foreign Clients.

As a final step of design we prepare detail manufacturing drawings for the exchanger complete with QAP ( ITP ) using Autocad 2018.

HEAT EXCHANGERS: MECHANICAL DESIGN

After executing Thermal design Of Heat Exchanger using HTR[ software, we execute Mechanical design of the Exchanger,generally conforming to ASME Sec VIII Div 1 & TEMA By using software PVElite.Mechanical design could also be executed, on client's request, conforming to EN or BS standards.
